China Glaze - Light As Air

You know I have two lovely cats. My boyfriend had also two cats and I never thought that I would like other cats than my own so much. They are also so cute and funny... but last sunday we found the oldest, Bommel, he past away. It is not even my own cat, but I feel so sad. It was such a great cat so charming.

Jullie weten dat ik twee lieve katten heb. Mijn vriend had ook twee katten en ik had nooit gedacht dat ik andere katten dan die van mezelf ook zo leuk zou kunnen vinden. Ze zijn zo schattig en grappig... maar afgelopen zondag hebben we de oudste, Bommel, gevonden, overleden. Het is niet eens mijn eigen kat, maar ik voel me echt verdrietig erdoor. Het was echt een geweldige kat, echt een charmeur.

The Up & Away Collection is absolutely great. All the colors are perfect creams. Maybe the colors are not original, but I really like it because those twelve colors are the basics for alot of beautiful manicures.

De Up & Away Collectie is absoluut geweldig. Alle kleuren hebben een perfecte creme finish. Misschien zijn de kleuren niet origineel, maar ik vind het leuk dat er gewoon twaalf kleuren zijn die de basis vormen voor vele mooie manicures.

China Glaze - Spontaneous

Lieve lezers,

First of all, sorry sorry sorry for not blogging for so long. It's already been a month since the last time. Everything is so hectic lately. I was doing my last exams and I have a boyfriend almost two months now and last week I was ready to blog again and then I got the flu or something like that, it's almost over now. I can't wait to blog everyday again, to be honest I really missed it. That's why I want to thank my followers for still visiting my blog and for all your comments! Thanks!

Ten eerste, sorry sorry sorry voor het niet bloggen. Het is alweer bijna een maand geleden sinds de laatste keer. Alles is zo hectisch de afgelopen tijd. Ik moest mijn laatste tentamens maken en ik heb een vriend nu bijna twee maanden en de afgelopen week was ik helemaal klaar om weer te bloggen en kreeg ik de griep of iets wat er op lijkt, het is nu bijna over. Ik kan echt niet wachten om weer elke dag te bloggen en om eerlijk te zijn heb ik het echt gemist. Daarom wil ik mijn volgers bedanken dat zij nog steeds mijn blog hebben bezocht en comments hebben achter gelaten! Dank jullie wel!

More good news since two days I am official 'Bachelor of Health Sciences'. Sounds good right? :) It means I finished the first three years of my study, next year I start with my Master Health Science.

Meer goed nieuws sinds twee dagen ben ik officieel 'Bachelor of Health Sciences'. Klinkt goed he? :) Het betekend dat ik de eerste drie jaar van mijn studie heb afgerond, volgend jaar start ik met mijn Master Health Science.

I love China Glaze so much... but you all know that already.. and If you read my blog for a while you know I love purple also alot. So a purple that is made by China Glaze must be perfect and that is exactly what Spontaneous is! It is not from a brand new collection and that is what I also like about it. Because most blogs are about the newest colors which is absolutely nice to read, but sometimes it is good to look back to older polishes because there are some great ones out there! :) What do you think about an older polish like Spontaneous?

Ik hou zoveel van China Glaze... maar dat wisten jullie allang.. en als je mn blog al een poosje leest dan weet je ook dat ik erg van paars hou. Dus een paars die gemaakt is door China Glaze moet dan perfect zijn en dat is precies wat Spontaneous is! Het is niet van een gloednieuwe collectie en dat vind ik ook leuk hieraan. Want de meeste blogs focussen op de nieuwste kleuren, wat erg leuk is om te lezen, maar soms is het ook goed om terug te blikken op de wat oudere lakken, want er zitten echt een aantal mooie tussen! :) Wat vind jij van een ouder lakje zoals Spontaneous?

1 YEAR ANNIVERSARY - China Glaze - LOL

Today is a big day! It is one big anniversary! Because today my lovely cat Toulouse is 1 year and my blog exists also 1 year! I really love to blog about my hobby and my passion. I hope you all like to read it and I will go on next year! Let it be another year full of nailpolish and beautiful nails!

Vandaag is een grote dag! Het is een grote verjaardag! Want vandaag is mijn lieve katje Toulouse 1 jaar en mijn blog bestaat ook 1 jaar! Ik ben gek op het bloggen over mijn hobby en mijn passie. I just love the OMG collection of China Glaze. The holo's are very subtle and when there is no light the color are very light, so you can wear it also to work! But ofcourse with the sunlight on your nails it is the best! LOL is the purple one and I love it! :D Unfortunately they are discontinued, so you are very lucky if you can get your hands on this one. Lucky me, I bought the whole collection, just before they stopped!

Ik ben gek op de OMG collectie van China Glaze. De holo's zijn heel subtiel en als er geen licht is dan wordt de kleur heel licht, dus je kan het ook gewoon dragen op je werk! Maar natuurlijk met het zonlicht op je nagels is het het beste! LOL is de paarse en ik ben er helemaal weg van! :D Jammer genoeg worden ze niet meer geproduceerd, dus als je deze nog kan krijgen mag je jezelf gelukkig prijzen. Gelukkig voor mij, ik had net de hele collectie gekocht, vlak voordat de collectie gestopt werd!

China Glaze - Shaken Not Stirred

Dear readers Lieve lezers Finally the doctors found out what was wrong with me. After almost 13 weeks of research they found the little, but very annoying, parasite. I got the right treatment now and they think I should feel better in 2 weeks! Ow I really can't wait to have my active life back! Eindelijk hebben de artsen gevonden wat er mis met me is. Na bijna 13 weken onderzoek hebben ze een kleine, maar erg vervelende, parasiet gevonden. Ik heb nu de juiste antibiotica en ze denken dat ik me beter moet gaan voelen in 2 weken! Ow ik kan echt niet wachten dat ik mijn actieve leventje weer terug heb! The sun is shining and I am so happy. I wear China Glaze - Shaken Not Stirred: De zon schijnt en ik ben zo blij. I wanted it for a long time but somehow I couldn't find it. But now I own it and it makes all the expectations come true. Without a doubt I can say that this is the cutest nailpolish I own. Like, almost, all nailpolishes of China Glaze everything is great about it! You just need 3 coats to make it opaque, but look at the result! It is really worth it! Dit is zo'n schattige kleur! Ik wilde het al een hele poos, maar op een of andere manier kon ik het niet vinden. Maar nu heb ik het en het maakt alle verwachtingen dubbel en dwars waar. Zonder twijfel kan ik zeggen dat dit de schattigste nagellak is die ik heb. Zoals, bijna, alle nagellakken van China Glaze is alles super! Sally Hansen - Purple Potion

Bad bad news... You probably noticed it already I didn't blog for a very long time. I want to write sometime almost every day. But since last weeks saturday I begin to felt very ill. Like the flu.. Really nasty.. but on thursday I thought I felt a little bit better.. but that evening everything went way worse then before. I won't tell you all the details but when I try to eat something even if it is a dry biscuit I have to throw up, several times a day. I am still feeling very bad so I won't make it long today, but I want you to know that I will write again when I am feeling better.

Slecht slecht nieuws... Jullie hebben het waarschijnlijk wel gemerkt dat ik een poos niet geblogt heb. Ik wil namelijk elke dag wel wat schrijven. Maar sinds vorige week zaterdag begon ik me erg ziek te voelen. Zoals de griep.. Echt jakkie.. maar op donderdag leek ik me weer een beetje beter te voelen.. maar die avond werd het nog erger dan daarvoor. Ik zal jullie de details besparen maar als ik iets probeer te eten, ook al is het een droog biscuitje, moet ik overgegeven, meerdere keren per dag. Ik voel me echt heel ziek dus ik maak het niet lang vandaag, maar ik wil dat jullie weten dat zodra ik me beter voel ik direct weer ga schrijven!

This one I get from Kellie! And I really adore it! This is one of the most beautiful purples with a blue shade! It is between a really great shimmer and a duochrome. I can't tell you so much about it because there is not a single point that I dislike about this one! It is great, and I would love to wear it again! Thanks Kellie!

Deze heb ik gehad van Kellie! En ik ben er gek op! Dit is een van de meest mooie paarse nagellakjes met een blauwe gloed er in! Het zit tussen een geweldige shimmer en een duochrome. Ik kan weinig hier nog over vertellen aangezien er geen enkel punt is waar ik ontevreden over ben! Het is echt heel mooi en ik zou het zo weer dragen! Dank je wel Kellie!

O.P.I. - The Color To Watch

The last few days I didn't have anytime to breath. My days are like this: wake up, eat, work, go to university, eat, work, sleep. That's it.. But I found the perfect book to calm me down. I am reading Twilight right now.. damn that Edward must be cute ;)

De afgelopen dagen heb ik amper tijd om te ademen. Mijn dagen zijn ongeveer zo: wakker worden, eten, werken, naar de universiteit, eten, werken, slapen. That's it.. Maar ik heb het perfecte boek gevonden om me tot rust te late nkomen. Ik lees momenteel Twilight.. damn Edward moet wel heel erg leuk zijn ;)

Because I am reading this now I want to show you a mysterious nailpolish. It is from the Swiss collection of O.P.I. and it is called The Color To Watch.

Omdat ik dit boek nu lees wil ik jullie een mysterieus lakje laten zien. Het is van de Swiss collectie van O.P.I. en het heet The Color To Watch.

I know alot of people thought that this was the one that didn't really fit in the collection. But I really really like it. Yes, it is a sheer nailpolish, but with three layers that problem is solved. It is not really duochrome, it is just a great great shimmer. The color is also hard to discribe, silver-purple-blue... I totally adore it!

Ik weet dat veel mensen vonden dat deze niet echt in de collectie thuis hoorde en het dus ook het minst mooie lakje vonden. Maar ik vind het zelf erg erg leuk. Ja, het is een sheer nagellak, maar met drie laagjes is dat probleem opgelost. Het is niet echt een duochrome, het is meer een hele goede shimmer. De kleur is ook moeilijk om te beschrijven, zilver-paars-blauw... Ik hou er echt van!

I have to go back to work again and this afternoon to Amsterdam for the study and tonight working again. Sometimes I wonder if I ever slow down... Hmm.. guess not ;)

Diamond Cosmetics - Hi Ho Silver

Big new, big new! Yesterday I thought.. oke.. I just try it.. me making a youtube video, turned out that it was pretty funny, plus I think that it really gives a more complete vision of the nailpolish. I make two videos at a time. The first will be me showing and telling about the nailpolish and the second one will be showing the bottle and my nails. So from now on I will make youtube videos of all my nailpolish. But I own alot, so it will take awhile before everything is filmed. From now on, if there is a video, there will be a possibility to click on the link beneath the photo. I hope you enjoy it!

Groot nieuws, groot nieuws! Gisteren dacht ik.. oke.. ik probeer het gewoon eens een keer.. ik die een youtube video maakt, bleek eigenlijk wel grappig te zijn, dus dat ik vind dat het nu een completere visie geeft op de nagellak. Ik maak twee video's per keer. De eerst zal ik de nagellak laten zien en hierover vertellen en de tweede is het showen van de nagellak in het flesje en op de nagels. Dus vanaf vandaag wil ik youtube video's maken van al mijn nagellak. Maar ik heb er erg veel, dus het zal wel een poosje duren voordat alles gefilmd is. Vanaf nu, als er een video beschikbaar is, zal er een mogelijkheid komen om te klikken op de link onder foto. Ik hoop dat jullie het leuk vinden!

Large/grote video small/kleine video

This is a very interesting nailpolish. The colors are grey and silver, but with a purple glow in it. I doubt if it is really a duochrome, because the effect is not always visible. With bad or no light the nailpolish will become simple grey. Not very special, but still beautiful. Diamond Cosmetics is pretty cheap in The Netherlands, but the quality is great!

Het is een hele interessante nagellak. De kleuren zijn grijs en silver, maar met een paarse gloed er in verwerkt. Ik twijfel of het een echt duochroom is, want het effect is lang niet altijd zichtbaar. Met slecht of geen licht wordt de nagellak heel simpel grijs. Niet heel speciaal, maar nog wel mooi. Diamond Cosmetics is best goedkoop in Nederland, maar de kwaliteit is erg goed!

I go to the university now, I hope the trains doesn't have problems anymore. *sigh*

O.P.I. - DS Extravagance

What is better then to start the new year then with a post about one of my favorite nailpolishes, one that is so damn pretty that everybody has to admit that this is a great start of the new year! It's called DS Extravagance. This is I think one of the nailpolishes that I put on and I really had to stare at it.. this is so beautiful. The structure is so great, that means that the application is perfectly fine. Then this deep magenta holographic effect... WOW... that is all I have to say.. It is just WOW!

Wat is een betere start van het jaar dan te beginnen met een post over een van mijn favoriete nagellakken, een dat is zo verschrikkelijk prachtig dat iedereen moet toegeven dat het een goede start van het nieuwe jaar is! Het heet DS Extravagance. Het is een van de nagellakjes die ik op deed en dat ik echt er naar moest blijven staren.. het is zo prachtig. De sturctuur is zo goed en dat betekent dus ook dat de aplicatie tegen perfect aan is. Dan is het een diep magenta kleur met een holografisch effect... WOW... dat is het enige wat ik er over te zeggen heb.. Het is gewoon WOW!

Icing - Grape A Licous

I hope everyones christmas was great. Now we are moving on to the new year it is time to look back at this year. Good things, bad things, strange things and things that you won't ever forget. To start with a strange thing. I got this nailpolish from Miranda because the brush wasn't right (it was thick and the hairs were not in one line) and she couldn't work with it so she ask me if I wanted it. Not that I am such a good hairdresser, but with it couldn't get worse so I tried to make it better with a scissor. It is a little mircale because it works fine now! Woohoo!

Ik hoop dat iedereen een mooie kerst heeft gehad. Nu komen we alweer aan het einde van het jaar en is het tijd om terug te kijken op afgelopen jaar. Goede dingen, slechte dingen, vreemde dingen en dingen die je nooit meer vergeet. Om te beginnen met iets vreemds. Ik heb deze nagellak van Miranda gekregen want het borsteltje was niet goed (het was erg dik en de haren stonden alle kanten uit) en ze kon er niet mee werken dus ze vroeg aan mij of ik het wilde hebben. Nu dat ik zo'n goede kapper ben, maar erger dan dit kon het toch al niet worden, dus ik heb geprobeerd het beter te maken met een schaar. Het is een klein wonder want nu werkt ie prima! Woehoe!

Like I said the brush was bad, but now it is a little bit better. This makes application not very easy, but it is possible. The reason why I took all this effort was the great magenta purple color with the multicolored glitter. Very pretty! This is my first Icing. I am not sure if I want more of these, because this is obviously a mistake and I don't have a good vision on the quality of this product.

Zoals ik al zei het borsteltje was slecht, maar nu is het wel een beetje beter. Dit maakt applicatie niet erg makkelijk, maar het is mogelijk. De reden waarom ik zoveel moeite heb gedaan was omdat het een prachtige magenta paarse kleur is met vele kleuren glitter. Heel mooi! Het is mijn eerste Icing. Ik weet nog niet of ik meer wil van deze, want het is natuurlijk een productie fout en ik heb nu nog geen goed beeld van de kwaliteit van dit product.

Sinful Colors - I Miss You

I hope you all enjoy your weekend. Last friday I celebrate my birthday with friends and it was very nice. I like to come together with my friends, but in these times it can be hard, because all of my friends are succesfull with their jobs and studies so it is difficult to find the time to meet. But when we meet it is always alot of fun!

Ik hoop dat jullie allemaal een leuk weekend hebben gehad. Afgelopen vrijdag heb ik mijn verjaardag gevierd met vrienden en het was erg gezellig. Ik vind het erg leuk om samen te zijn met mijn vrienden, maar in deze tijden kan het soms zo moeilijk zijn, want iedereen van mijn vrienden zijn succesvol met hun werk of studies. En dan is het zo moeilijk om tijd te vinden om af te spreken. Maar wanneer het mogelijk is is het altijd erg gezellig!

It is absolutely a nailpolish with alot of glitter and I love that. It really shines, so pretty. But I have to say that there are more beautiful glitter nailpolishes in the world then this one. Application is oke and removing with foil is easy as always. Maybe I will wear it again, or maybe over another nailpolish.

Het is absoluut een nagellak met veel glitter en daar hou ik van. Het glittert het erg mooi. Maar ik moet zeggen dat er mooiere glitter nagellakken bestaan dan deze. De applicatie is oke en het verwijderen met folie is altijd makkelijk. Misschien draag ik het nog eens, of misschien over een andere lak.

Diamond Cosmetics - I Lilac You

Today will be the last training before the first contest. The first of this year, and we have alot of great talent. Ofcourse after saterday I will let you know how it went!

Vandaag is de laatste training voor de eerste wedstrijd. De eerste wedstrijd van het jaar, en we hebben echt veel talent. Natuurlijk zal ik na zaterdag laten weten hoe het gegaan is!

Today I want to show you this cute nailpolish of Diamond Cosmetics and it is called I Lilac You.

Normally I am not into the very pale colors, but this one, I have to admit it, really surprised me! It is very pale lilac and it is after the first coat like nothing is on the nail. So I thought... this is going to be the first Diamond Cosmetic that didn't work for me... but.. after the second coat it became better and this is the result after 3 coats. I would really wear this. It is very nice to wear for work. And I think it is just a cute color! I get it from the Boozyshop.

Normaal houd ik niet zo van die hele lichte kleuren, maar deze, en ik moet het toegeven, verraste me echt! Het is heel erg licht lila en na de eerste coat is het net alsof er niets op je nagel zit. Dus ik dacht dit gaat de eerste Diamond Cosmetic worden die tegenvalt.. maar.. na een tweede coat werd het beter en na 3 coats was dit het resultaat. Ik zal deze echt gaan dragen. Het is heel netjes voor op het werk en ik vind het gewoon een schattige kleur! Ik heb het gekregen via de Boozyshop.

Nubar - Purple Beach

The last few days were so busy. That makes me so tired. I never felt so tired so many days in a row. But last night slept very well so that makes it a little bit better.

De laatste dagen waren zo druk. Het maakt me echt zo moe. Ik heb me nog nooit zoveel dagen achter elkaar zo moe gevoeld. Maar afgelopen nacht heb ik heerlijk geslapen dus dat maakt het wel ietsje beter.

Today I want to show you a very special nailpolish. It is called Purple Beach and it is of Nubar. I think it is very pretty but I needed some time to like it.

Vandaag wil ik jullie een hele speciale nagellak laten zien. Het heet Purple Beach en het is van Nubar. Ik vind het erg mooi, maar ik had wel tijd nodig om het echt mooi te vinden.

It is a real duochrome. I think the name is perfect, because the colors in this one are ofcourse purple, and green/gold. Just like the beach in the evening. I love Nubar nailpolishes, because of the structure and it remains beautiful for a very long period. It is that they are so expensive otherwise I would by all the duochromes!

Het is een echte duochrome. Ik vind dat de naam echt perfect is, want de kleuren hierin zijn natuurlijk paars en groen/goud. Zoals s'avonds op het strand. Ik hou van Nubar nagellak, want de structuur is geweldig en het blijft erg lang mooi. Het is dat ze zo duur zijn anders had ik alle duochromes wel gekocht!

I am going to finish some things today for my sport and swatch some more today, just got 10 NFu-Oh nailpolishes!

Color Club - Pucci-Licious

Last night I slept so well! My kitties were running on my bed and they woke me up like 4 or 5 times, but when I came out of bed I never felt so refreshed! I just adore them! And they got names!

Afgelopen nacht heb ik zo lekker geslapen! Mijn kittens renden over mn bed heen en ze maakte me wakker voor zeker 4 of 5 keer, maar toen ik uit bed kwam voelde ik me als herboren! Ik adoreer ze gewoon! En ze hebben namen!

The grey-white-red female is called Paris. (not Hilton!, but in French, 'Pari', ofcourse from the capital of France)

De rode kater heb ik Toulouse genoemd. (Aristokatten en stad in Frankrijk)
De grijs-wit-rode poes heb ik Paris genoemd. (niet Hilton!, maar op z'n Frans, 'Pari', natuurlijk de hoofdstad van Frankrijk)

I am not convinced by Color Club. I own now two of their nailpolishes and both are 'oke'. But not really fantastic. It dries matte.. and I don't really like matte... But with a topcoat it is very nice. the brush isn't my favorite to be honest... That are a few bad points on a row.. but at the end of the day.. it is a lovely color and I like to wear it. But there are just some points that I don't like about this one, but the color is great.

Ik ben niet overtuigd door Color Club. Ik heb er nu twee en ze zijn 'oke'. Niet echt fantastisch. Het droogt matte op.. en ik hou niet van matte... Maar met een topcoat wordt ie wel mooi. Het borsteltje is ook niet mijn favoriet om eerlij kte zijn.. Dat waren een aantal slechte punten op een rijtje.. Maar uiteindelijk.. het is een mooie kleur en ik vind het leuk om het te dragen. Maar er zijn gewoon wat punten die ik niet prettig vind van deze lak, maar de kleur is super.

Hi everyone

Hoi allemaal

I'm exhausted! My first day intership was super! Absolutely as I expected it. Alot of freedom and everything just in my hands. If I do it wrong, everything will be wrong. If I'm doing it the right way, everything will be oke. I really enjoyed it and I really can picture myself doing this everyday. Tomorrow I have another interesting day, because I will visit the source of my research. I have my own ideas about it, but it is always good to check it out.

Ik ben uitgeput! Mijn eerste dag van mijn stage was super! Absoluut zoals ik het verwacht had. Veel vrijheid en alles ligt echt in mijn handen. Als ik het fout doe, dan is het fout. Doe ik het goed dan komt alles ook goed. Ik heb het erg naar mijn zin gehad en ik kan me het wel voorstellen voor later. Morgen weer een interessante dag, want dan ga ik de bron van mijn onderzoek bezoeken. Ik heb er zo mijn eigen ideeen over, maar het is altijd goed om het in het echt te bekijken.

In the bottle it looks purple, but on your nails it will be more brown.. a little strange. But it's opaque, but not brilliant. That's what you pay for, so you don't lose alot. It is not bad nailpolish, but the color is just completely different then you expect when you buy the bottle.

Het lijkt paars in het potje, maar op je nagel is het meer bruinig.. een beetje apart. Dekt wel aardig, maar is niet brilliant. Daar betaal je dan ook naar, dus veel verlies je niet. Het is geen slechte nagellak het is alleen totaal niet de kleur zoals je hem verwacht als je het flesje koopt.

I am really looking forward to the next period! Are there others who do an internship at this time?

Ik kijk erg uit naar de komende periode! Zijn er nog andere die op dit moment ook hun stage slapen?

M14 Barbie Diamonds

Last thursday I made a new nailart creation with Konad. I liked it so much that I'm still wearing it!

Afgelopen donderdag had ik een nieuwe nailart creatie gemaakt met Konad. Ik vond het zo leuk, dat ik heb nu nog steeds op heb!

More girly is impossible! Sometimes I really love that. I used China Glaze Sugar High. A lovely Barbie pastel pink color. First I stamped black stars on it with image plate M14 and after that I made white stars with the same image. At last I made with Violet Pearl diamonds in the corners. On top the topcoat.

Meisjesachtiger kan gewoon niet! Soms hou ik daar wel van. Ik heb gebruik gemaakt van China Glaze Sugar High. Echt een heerlijk barbie roze pastel kleurtje. Daarover heen heb ik eerst zwarte sterretjes gestempeld met image plate M14 en vervolgens dezelfde sterretjes in het wit er naast gestempeld. Daarna heb ik met Violet Pearl diamandjes in het hoekje gestempeld. Alles afgewerkt met een laag topcoat.

You have to love pink, but I love it! :D

Je moet er van houden, maar ik ben er gek op! :D

NFu-Oh - 52

Hi girls

Hallo meiden

I shopped way to much today! 1 pair black boots, 1 pair grey short boots, 3 tops, 2 skirts, 1 dress, 4 sweaters, 3 vests and 2 trousers. Oke I'm ready for winter! :D

Ik heb vandaag echt schandalig geshopt! 1 paar zwarte laarzen, 1 paar grijze korte laarsjes, 3 topjes, 2 rokjes, 1 jurkje, 4 truien, 3 vestjes en 2 broeken. Oke ik kan de winter in! :D

Did you every had the feeling that every was so beautiful and you wanted it so bad? Well try to resist the next lacquer:

Ook wel eens het gevoel gehad dat alles mooi was en je alles moest hebben? Nou probeer het volgende lakje maar eens te weerstaan:

This one is absolutely beautiful. In the bottle I thought that it would be a dark blue lacquer with green flakies, but is turned out to be a deep purple lacquer with flakies that turn blue and green. I wore this one for 5 days! Normal I remove the nailpolish after 1 or 2 days. This one is so amazing that you could stare at it for ages. Plus the application is really good. Plus after 3 coats is it opaque. Plus after 5 days nowhere a chip!

Deze is echt waanzinnig mooi. In het flesje dacht ik dat het een donker blauwe lak zou zijn met groene flakies, maar het bleek dat het een prachtige diep paarse lak is, met flakies die voornamelijk blauw en groen kleuren. Ik heb deze maar liefst 5 dagen gedragen! Kan je nagaan dat alles normaal na 1 of 2 dagen van mijn nagels verdwijnt. Deze is echt zo geweldig mooi dat je er continu naar kan blijven staren. Daar komt bij dat applicatie heel goed gaat. Na 3 coats is het echt dekkend. En na die 5 dagen nergens gechipt!

The only negative point is removing, that is just terrible. But since I use the method with the aluminium foil it is just a piece of cake. Read my latest post for the tutorial.

Het enige is het verwijderen, dat is gewoon lastig. Maar ik gebruik sinds kort de methode met het aluminium folie en dat werkt super goed. Lees in mijn vorige post hoe het werkt.

Now I'm going to the hairdresser. And then I am ready for the fall/winter!

This day went so fast and I have the feeling that I haven't done so much. I read some stuff, I've been to the university, I painted some nailwheels.

Ik heb het gevoel dat de dag echt voorbij gevlogen is en dat ik helemaal niet zoveel heb kunnen doen. Ik heb het een en ander gelezen, ben naar de universiteit geweest en ik wat nagelwielen gelakt.

Would be fun, but not necessary. My blog is my hobby and I love doing my nails and make them beautiful with thousands of colors.

Zou wel grappig zijn, maar het is niet nodig. Mijn blog is gewoon een hobby opzich en ik hou dr gewoon van om mijn nagels op te vrolijken met duizenden kleurtjes.

I love this purple. It has got the regular advantages, only the brush isn't my favorite. But maybe that is just me.
I think that this is a must-have, because it is cheap and good quality. Absolutely when you start your collection!

Ik vind het zelf een hele mooie kleur paars. Het heeft de standaard voordelen, alleen het kwastje is nog steeds niet echt mijn favoriet. Maar wie weet ligt dat aan mij.
Ik vind dit echt een must-have, want het is goedkoop en van goede kwaliteit. Zeker als je je collectie gaat opzetten is dit een aanrader!

NFu-Oh - 51

Yes, it had to happen.. My favorite Strawberry Fields of China Glaze is replaced. This is absolutely my new favorite NFu-Oh - 51:

Ja het moest een keertje gebeuren he.. Mijn favoriet Strawberry Fields van China Glaze is van haar troon gestoten. En dit is absoluut de nieuwe favoriet NFu-Oh - 51:

You have to enlarge this picture by clicking, because then you can see how pretty this one is. It is a dark purple lacquer with flakies that turn red, pink and gold. Just amazing! Simple to applie. Dries very quickly. And a super beautiful effect because of the flakies.

Deze moet je wel eventjes vergroten door er op te klikken, want dan kan je pas echt zien hoe waanzinnig ie is. Het is een donker paarse lak met flakies die rood, roze en goud kleuren. Echt prachtig! Het brengt heel makkelijk aan. Het droogt ook heel erg snel. En daar komt dat super mooie effect bij.

Downsides are 1. the price 2. removing.
But I saw a very good tutorial how you can remove glitter easily. I will try that tomorrow. And if it really works I will show you.

Een negatieve punten zijn 1. de prijs 2. het verwijderen.

Maar ik had laatst een hele mooie tutorial gezien hoe je simpel glitters kan verwijderen. Dat ga ik morgen maar eens testen. Als het echt werkt zal ik het ook zeker hier laten zien.

Like I said, when I bought it I was very excited. I liked to structuur and it was original. You can apply it very easy, it dries in no time. Only positive point.
Why didn't I like it anymore after a while? Very simple, I think it is kind of boring. I don't know if matte/suede is my thing. But in the meantime it will be waiting in my reck, maybe there will be a time that I will love it again.

Zoals ik al zei toen ik hem net had was ik erg enthousiast. Ik vond de structuur interessant en origineel. En het smeert lekker, het droogt super snel. Nou ja allemaal positieve punten. Waarom vond ik het dan toch niet meer zo leuk? Heel simpel eigenlijk, ik vind hem zelf een beetje saaiig. Ik weet ook niet of matte/suede wel echt mijn ding is. Maar voorlopig staat ie nog in mijn rek, misschien komt er een tijd dat ik er weer van ga houden.
